This section provides answers or guidance relating to bugs or issues discovered after the initial version 1.1 release of NALalyse.

NALalyse stops caching Tree during initial launch or manual Tree cache refresh

This appears to be related to NALalyse attempting to read OUs which are actually aliased to other OUs. When NALalyse finds one of these OUs the Tree recursion routine prematurely ends, writing an 'Error 424 (object not found)' to the NALalyse log file - there is no actual notification on screen.

When this occurs, NALalyse still functions correctly, but doesn't display the whole of your Tree structure as expected - you'll also probably notice that the status bar still contains the name of the branch of the Tree it was looking at when it failed.  To confirm you're encountering this, look at the NALalyse log file (via the Help menu) where the error should be hi-lighted in red.

NALalyse has been updated to avoid this issue and an updated NALalyse executable is currently being tested prior to official release.
